This website (hereinafter the Site) is operated by the Fraternity of Communion and Liberation, with headquarters at 50, Via De Notaris in Milan (hereinafter the Fraternity). By accessing the Site and viewing any of the material available on the pages of the Site, the User is accepting the conditions set out below as well as the further condition that, for all matters deriving from or relating to the contents and use of the Site, Italian law will apply.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE
Access to the full texts available on the Site is only permitted for registered users. The User may become a registered user by submitting a complete and accurate registration form. The Site owner is entitled to reject registration requests.
A User may not use more than one registration. The Fraternity is the holder of the copyrights and all related rights concerning the writings of Msgr. Luigi Giussani, the database, and all the texts and photographs on the Site.

By registering with the Site, Users declare that they are aware of the Site’s purpose to promote knowledge of the written works of Msgr.
