This volume is the translation of Il senso religioso (Rizzoli, 1997).
The preface to the present edition is by Cardinal Jozef Tomko (Predhovor, pp. 5-7). It is followed by part of the author’s Introduction (“Úvod”, p. 9; Rizzoli, 1997, p. XI), while the Preface by James Francis Stafford to the Italian edition has been omitted.
The translation into Slovak is by Gabriela Tibenská.
