This volume is the translation of Il senso religioso (Rizzoli, 1997).

The text is introduced by an article by Cardinal Miloslav Vlk, Archbishop of Prague (Předmluva, pp. 3-5). Compared with the Italian original, it omits both the Preface by James Francis Stafford and the author’s Introduction.

The translation into Czech is by Vítězslav Pavlík.
